Akiva Michelson
Founder & Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Michelson, a founding member of Ace Verification, has specialised in functional verification of HDL designs for over thirteen years. During that time he developed breakthrough methods for design and execution of verification projects with high quality, in a timely and predictable schedule.
His experience verifying over a dozen projects at Digital Semiconductor (1996–1998) and Intel Corporation (1998–2004) allowed him to design, collect, and improve numerous verification patterns used by a vast array of designs worldwide.
Akiva holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University. He lives in Israel with his wife and six children.
Benny Sharaby
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sharaby brings over 15 years of experience as a manager of multi-disciplinary R&D teams in networking and telecommunications. Previously he was AVP R&D at Actelis Networks, VP R&D at Civcom, and held several management positions at Alvarion over more than seven years.
Mr. Sharaby holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from Recanati School at Tel-Aviv University.
Herry Refael
Verification Project Manager
Mr. Refael joined Ace Verification in 2007. In his 20+ year career he has focused on Telecommunication and Networking. He specialises in designing SystemVerilog environments for FPGA designs and SVA assertions. Herry holds a B.S.E.E. from Ben Gurion University (1984).
